Carfax showed a minor damage report on the frontend of the Murano I test drove. Literally, just a scratch; however, the bumper panel clip had broken so it was sticking out about 1/4”. Sales consultant said they’d repair it. Left to go look at another car, didn’t like it so I went back to Nissan. They brought me the buyers offer. The sales price increased $ “because of the repair”. Walked out. Sales consultant called with “good news”. They dropped the $ and committed to do the repair. Not the best situation BUT the sales consultant made it right. Love my new-to-me Murano!
